Products featured: Swiss Clinic Skin Renewal Kit (0.2mm or 0.5mm), and Sanitizing Spray.

Microneedling is the practice of remodelling tissue by making use of the body's ability to heal wounds. The Swiss Clinic's Skin Renewal Kit (£99 £84) can be used for a variety of skin problems such as: acne scars, eczema, facial wrinkles, stretch marks and cellulite to name a few. The kit comes with the Skin Roller (£42) and Rejuvenating Serum (£69).

The Swiss Clinic Skin Roller is a miracle tool, used to get rid skin imperfections such as acne scarring, facial wrinkles, stretch marks, and cellulite to name a few. The Skin Roller works by literally opening up thousands of micro-channels with its 540 surgical steel micro-needles. This makes skin more receptive to the absorption of skin care products. The Skin Roller comes in two micro-needling sizes: 0.2mm and 0.5mm- and their website has a helpful guide to help you figure out the size you need by skin problem. (Find the size guide link here.)

The Rejuvenating Serum  stimulates the skin's natural collagen production and the Swiss Clinic claims that it can be absorbed up to 300% more when used with the Skin Roller. The Rejuvenating Serum works due to the active ingredient beta-glucan, this is often used in medicated products for acne prone and/or ageing skin for its promotion of new skin. The skin's healing process is accelerated by the use of the Skin Roller and Rejuvenating Serum.

The Swiss Clinic Skin Renewal Kit contains their Skin Roller, and Rejuvenating Serum, the Sanitising Spray is sold separately.
