The Fancy-it-up

Max Mara coat, Vintage scarf and blouse, The Iconic long line blazer, Zara belt, Topshop jeans, Ray Ban glasses.

Finding a go-to silhouette is often considered a wardrobe essential. At 14 I figured out my go-to outfit. The outfit I felt worked in every situation and would never go wrong: jeans, a blazer, and a vintage scarf over a chiffon blouse. Nine years later and many silhouette variations, it is still the first outfit I pack. Dress it down with distressed jeans and sneakers, walk around with jet black jeans and flats, or pair it with flared trousers and heels to elevate* your look and achieve a streamlined effect.
*I know everyone's sick of that word, I'm sorry.

I could keep going on about how blazers are a wardrobe essential in themselves, and how they should be part of your '10 item capsule Parisian(?) wardrobe', ...etc., but I know you're all familiar with the items and topic, without me needing to use cheap recycled content. The real essentials for said wardrobe, are to work with silhouettes you have tried and tested- in order to flatter your body, and not work against it.
